On August 31 in Cyprus begins the wine festival

The annual wine festival in Limassol, Cyprus will be held from August 31 to September 9.
The festival is dedicated to the ancient Cypriot traditions of winemaking, which belong to the honor of the God of wine Dionysus. The festival will be held in the Municipal gardens of Limassol. The festival will feature all the major Cyprus wine producers, in particular wineries-Etko, Keo, Loel, Sodap, and Laona. Guests can enjoy free tasting of different varieties of wine and traditional cuisine, performances of music and dance folklore groups, competitions, fairs, master classes in wine making. The celebration will end with a massive fireworks display. Every year this wine festival attracts at least

15,000 visitors every day. The festival grounds will be open from 19:00 to 23:00.

Tourists will be able to get free Shuttle bus from Nicosia, Larnaca, Ayia NAPA and Paphos.
