RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

on the merger of Stauchensk winery with the National College of Viticulture and Winemaking

It was found that the reorganization of the National College of Viticulture and Winemaking, carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 631 of September 12, 1995, did not yield the expected results, the material and technical base was not modernized, was significantly weakened, and financial expenses were incurred by the budget at the expense of allocated to education. As a result, difficulties have arisen in using the enterprise as a training base for teaching students. In order to preserve the traditions of training national personnel and improve the financial and economic situation of this college, the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. To declare invalid the Resolution of the Government N 631 of September 12, 1995 “On the reorganization of the National College of Viticulture and Winemaking, Chisinau” (Official Monitor, 1995, N 68-69, Art. 541).

2. Combine the Stauceni winery with the National College of Viticulture and Winemaking, giving education the name “National College of Viticulture and Winemaking, Chisinau” with the status of a legal entity and the charter of a state organization.

3. In the process of unification, the National College of Viticulture and Wine-Making, Chisinau, is recognized as the assignee of the Stauceni winery.

4. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food will ensure the procedure for consolidation and registration of the state organization National College of Viticulture and Winemaking, Chisinau, in accordance with the current legislation.
