This is provided for by additions to the Code of Offenses, which Parliament passed on first reading.
The document was proposed to add a new article, according to which the purchase of grapes – raw materials intended for processing from individuals and legal entities that own grape plantations that are not registered in the Grape-Wine Register (VVR), as well as the sale or purchase will be punished with a fine wines and products derived from grape juice and / or derived from wine units not registered in the VVR.
The amount of the fine for individuals will be from 100 to 150 conventional units (from 5 thousand to 7.5 thousand lei), for officials – from 200 to
300 cu (from 10 thousand to 15 thousand lei), for legal entities – from 400 to 500 cu (from 20 thousand to 25 thousand lei) with or without deprivation of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 up to 6 months.
