On the border in Ivangorod seized rolls of labels “Soviet champagne”
According to the press service of the North-West Customs Administration, the incident occurred at the Ivangorod automobile checkpoint.
To the question of the customs inspector about the goods subject to mandatory declaration, the offender answered that they do not deduct.
But then, during the customs control, the citizen was found two bags with labels “Soviet champagne” and “Soviet”. It is reported that he was going to smuggle in 22,500 labels, weighing more than 28 kilograms.
It should be noted that, in addition to the fact that the goods were not filed for declaring, the violator did not have the permission of the copyright holder to use registered trademarks.
An administrative case has been initiated against the violator, and the issue of bringing the citizen to administrative responsibility for the use of trademarks is being resolved.
