Chocolate Covered Wine Bottles Sold At New Tysons Business
The business specializes in chocolate paired with different kinds of wine.
TYSONS, VA—If chocolate and wine are the perfect pair, why not buy them together? That’s the belief of a new kiosk called Bliss in a Bottle opening at Tysons Corner Center. The store will be open on June 10 once it receives a new liquor license.
But Bliss in a Bottle doesn’t just sell chocolate with wine. It puts the chocolate on the bottle. Customers can find various wines paired with different chocolate coatings. The chocolate paired with wine is intended to give a burst of flavor, according to the brand’s website. For instance, the 14 Hands Merlot is covered with milk chocolate with raspberry powder.
Owner Cheryl Sher opened a Sher Bliss Chocolate and Wine store before starting her Bliss in a Bottle brand. The first Bliss in a Bottle kiosk opened in 2014. Its success led Sher to close the Sher Bliss Chocolate and Wine store to focus on the Bliss in a Bottle brand.
While the other Bliss Chocolate and Wine kiosks are located in Ohio, the Tysons Corner Center location will be the first in another state. The kiosk will be located between the Macy’s and food court.
Until the business opens, products are available online at blissinabottle.com. Virginia and DC shipping is available.
